1. Intern - Assurance Team
审计支持服务部门助理实习生
【职位描述】
1. Adhere to PwC SDC policies and procedures.
遵守普华永道商务服务中心的政策和流程。
2.Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests.
按照服务中心的用户操作指南,有效地完成工作,提供相应的服务。
3. Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines.
合理分配时间,按时完成工作。
4.Liaise with Team Manager/Deputy Manager and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation.
与团队经理和高级助理就工作内容和要求保持定期的沟通,以确保按时完成任务,满足客户需求。
5. Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides.
确保及时掌握和更新服务中心用户操作指南的知识。

Ø According to the SOP, complete daily assigned task.

Ø Call the right phone number of 3rd party. Completely and correctly record the feedback from 3rd party.

【职位描述】
Ø According to the SOP, complete daily assigned document processing work on time, including but not limited to the classification, collating、scanning and mailing out.
根据SOP,准时完成每天分配的文件整理工作,包括但不限于文件分类、整理、扫描和寄出。
Ø Carefully check whether there is exception on the document and timely report to relevant person.
仔细检查文件是否有异常并及时报告给相关人员。
Ø Carefully count the number of documents, handle document according to requirements correctly to avoid missing document during handover.
